No heavy lifting on night one. We eat together, we get around the campfire, and Chris tells his story straight, the real one, no neat bow on it. By the time the fire dies down, the room already feels different.
Three sessions of the real work, spaced out with a lake, good food, and free time to actually be a person. Morning, afternoon, and an evening session around the fire. This is where you stop performing and start putting things down.
You'll write down who you actually are, out loud, in your own words. Then we send you home with it, and with people who are staying in your corner long after the weekend ends.
